Sandy Stramonine - Owner/Director
started dancing with Sandy Stramonine at age 5. She has studied at the Pennsylvania Ballet, the Joffery Ballet and completed a two year trainee program at the Kirov Academy in Washington D.C.. She graduated with a B.A. in dance from Birmingham Southern College then began her professional career with the Alabama Ballet Company. Heather has now returned to share her knowledge in the place where it all began, SSSD.
is a graduate of SSSD. During the day she is the manager of the Respitewook Home and works with children who have developmental and physical handicaps. Krystal's love of children is evident in all of her classes. Krystal just completed her fourth year at DMA's teacher training.

is a graduate of Sandy Stramonine School of Dance. She recently completed her masters degree in social work from the University of Buffalo. She taught for Sandy Stramonine School of Dance in 2008. We are excited to have her back on staff.

started dancing at the SSSD when he was 7 yrs. old and continued his studies thru high school. He began teaching at the Studio while attending R.I.T. where he earned a degree in economics. This will be his 6th year teaching at the Studio. His students affectionately refer to him as "Mr. Tap".

Sandy Stramonine began studying dance at the age of four. She continued studies with Olive McCue, founder of the Mercury Ballet of Rochester New York. She also studied with Lynne Markus Kareken, principal dancer with the Metropolitan Opera Company, and with Shan Dai, former ballerina with the Central Ballet of China. Sandy studied jazz and tap with the late David DeMarie in Clarence, NY and Tom Ralabate in Buffalo, NY. She is a member of Dance Masters of America where she is certified as a national examiner. Sandy has taught master classes for DMA and adjudicated many competitions througout the area.
is a graduate of SSSD. She attends Nazareth where she is an education major. Lindsey just completed her second year at DMA's teacher training. Lindsey's tap classes are fun and fast paced!

Christopher Lominac
trained in her native Texas and was a member of the orginal Ballet Austin. She studied with Thalia Mare and Anatole Vizak and at the School of American Ballet. She performed with Kansas City Starlight Musicals and spent three seasons with Ruth Butler and Columbia Universities. She was an assistant professor in dance at Newark State and Suny Geneseo and then became the director of the Botsford School of Rochester, NY for 18 years. Suzanne is decicated to teaching the joys of music, dance and the skills of Russian ballet technique.

Suzanne Nash
is a full time student at R.I.T. majoring in Criminal Justice. She is a graduate of SSSD. Caitlyn completed her first year at DMA's teacher training. Caitlyn's love of the younger students is apparent in all her classes.
